Supportive and Comfortable Waist Trainer
This waist trainer is well made and provides great support without feeling uncomfortable. It fits snugly and stays in place during workouts and everyday wear. The material feels durable, and the Velcro holds strong without digging into the skin. It helps with posture and gives a nice, smooth fit under clothing. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Best waist trainer!
This waist trainer is great quality and easy to do by yourself. I am 5’ 4” and got a large and it fits perfectly on my torso. The extra bands really help in giving that hourglass shape. I wear mine while working and it has great back support and very comfortable to wear almost to the point of forgetting I have it on. I have worn it consistently for about two weeks now and I have already noticed a difference. I have tried a lot of waist trainers and this one is definitely worth the money.

This thing isamazing! Can’t recommend it enough! Comfortable, super supportive, you can do it as tight or as loose as you want with the multiple straps AND it makes your shape look great.This was definitely worth the money for me. I just wish I had heard about it and purchased it to use immediately post partum and not 2 years later! Looking forward to having it for my next child.

Quality Waist Cincher, Though Not Ideal for My Petite Frame
I was excited to try the FeelinGirl Waist Trainer Belt Waist Cincher. As soon as I put it on, I immediately felt more feminine — the cincher really enhances your waistline. It offers strong compression and noticeable back support, which helped me feel more upright and aware of my posture.For reference, I’m 4’11¾”, currently 140.4 lbs, and just beginning my fitness journey with a goal of losing 28 lbs. I purchased a size Large. While I appreciated the support at the gym, I did find it somewhat restrictive for strength training movements. I also noticed it pushed softer skin upward, creating slight bulging at the top.Because of my petite frame, I later tried the Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer, which ended up being a much better fit for me. It was more comfortable, allowed greater freedom of movement, and still provided nice support.Overall, I think the FeelinGirl belt is a good-quality product with solid support and shaping, but the fit and comfort may vary depending on body height and shape. Petites may prefer an alternative like the Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer.

I was skeptical of this item at first, too!
I honestly thought this waist trimmer belt would be more substantial, like that of a neoprene back brace.I was surprised when I received it to see that it was basically several wide elastic straps with Velcro closures. I was doubtful of its effectiveness but was pleasantly surprised!I ordered a size small and it is made true to size to flatter your measured size. I am 5’4”, 120 lbs and have a 26” waist. The small was a perfectly nice snug and flattering fit where you can look amazingly svelte and still be able to function normally, bend over, workout, and breathe.It does not make you gross n’ sweaty at all.I think as long as you get the size measured for your body, it should last a long time.Excellent for posture and back support. The look while wearing it is not bulky at all; but rather a sleek hourglass curve shape.Works really well at everything advertised.The Velcro closures require a little bit of patience to get in place because they grab on really well to almost everything near it.Even tho I see folks wear this belt against their bare skin, I like to wear a thin shirt between my skin and the belt – but that is for my comfort preference only. The elastic against just may bare skin is itchy.The benefit of this waist belt is that you can achieve the most customized fit for your body shape because there are two base bands and one over the top.Definitely worth the price and purchase!Just buy it – but measure your waist and order the size that is indicated for your measurement!

I looooove this product. Been using it for about 6 months now and it’s been a game changer in how my waist feels, it fits so well. It’s helped my back posture too and because of how tight it is, I barely eat and it’s made me loose some weight too.

Very nice, might have needed a size smaller because the lower band seems a bit too loose too soon. Not sure how people workout in it though. Maybe when on the stairmaster or treadmill but certainly not while lifting or doing other cardio.

this is wild!! all the other trainers i’ve had were pinching me and so uncomfortable but this is amazing, it’s adjustable and comfortable and there’s honing in it that helps too!
