Large ice pack
This is a great ice pack. It stays in place and it does this job. It eases the pain and it will go anywhere. You need it to go around your arms around your shoulder around your back and lower back your legs everywhere. It’s a great value for your money that holds the ice retention stays for a long time and it’s very effective and durable.

Arrived on time and intact. The pacs are large and stay cold for a long time. Very easy to use and apply with the Velcro sleeve. The coverage is great for pain relief. No leakage, nice price.

Works well
The gel packs get nice and cold, and they hold the cold pretty long. The band works great but the layer between the ice and your skin is a bit thick so it didn’t provide as much cold as I would like. I ended up taking the gel out of the sleeve and putting it directly on my skin and then wrapped the band around it to hold it in place – that worked great.

Months of Daily Use – A Barber’s Essential for Surgery Recovery
I am a professional barber, currently 4 weeks post-op for a major shoulder repair (90% shredded tendon) and managing chronic cervical spinal stenosis. I purchased my first set of these on August of last year, and they have been an absolute staple in my daily recovery routine since then.Durability & Real-World Use:For the price, the longevity is incredible. I put these through the ringer every single day while working behind the chair and while maintaining a house literally. They eventually opened at the seams but I honestly think that was my fault—I was constantly transitioning the same packs from the freezer to the microwave, and sometimes heating them for too long. The extreme temperature swings eventually stressed the material.My Pro-Tip for Longevity:I just bought my second set because I love them so much, but I’m doing things differently this time to make them last even longer. I recommend designating one pack for ‘Always Cold’ and one for ‘Always Heat.’ By not stressing the material with those back-and-forth temperature swings, they should last indefinitely!Why they are perfect for workers:What sets these apart is how ‘slouchy’ and pliable they are. I can actually wear these under my apron at work at Sport Clips. They fold perfectly over my shoulder and tuck under my clothing without being bulky. I can ice my neck and shoulder mid-fade and my clients can’t even tell.Pros:Proven Durability: constant use daily and professionally.Flexible: Stays soft even when frozen(after it thaws a tad from your body heat)—perfect for the curve of the neck.Discreet: Thin enough to wear during a shift but holds the temperature for 20-30 minutes.If you are in a manual labor job or recovering from surgery, these are the best investment you can make for your mobility

These work great and I’m glad it came as a 2pack. It stays cold for about 2 hrs and it’s soft gel that can be wrapped around you leg even when frozen. I’ve only used it as an icepack on my knee.

Lifesaver for Back Pain – So Glad I Bought It!
I picked up this 3-Piece Set of Reusable Ice Packs on a discount, honestly thinking I’d probably never use them and it was just an impulse buy. They sat in my freezer for a few months untouched.Then I ended up with a bad sprain near my spine and lower back – the swelling and pain were intense. These gel packs were an absolute game-changer! They conform nicely to the body, stay cold for a good amount of time, and really helped reduce the swelling while easing the pain significantly. I also appreciated that they can be used for hot therapy too, though I mainly needed cold.The set of three different sizes made it easy to target the exact area. Great quality, no leaks, and super convenient. I now recommend everyone keep a set like this on hand – you never know when you’ll need it, and it could make a huge difference. Totally worth it, even at full price!

Great two reusable gel ice packs with great cloth pocket and velcro strap
Two sturdy refreezable packs fit inside a soft cloth bag with a nice wide velcro strap. Perfect fit to hold the flexible gel ice bag- which stays cold and in place around an arm or leg. Alternate the gel packs in the freezer and the cloth bag holds it close without damaging the skin. We used it for a knee injury but could be used for ankles, legs or arms. Very helpful and convenient!

Superior Ice pack for lower back L4 & L5
I have a bulging L4 & L5 vertebrae that pinch my Sciatica nerve & cause pain.After trying multiple types of ice pack these are the best for me.They are the perfect size for targeted icing of specific spots. Also, this gel seems to both hold, and transfer cold to my body better than other packs I’ve tried. Its compact size is easy to fit in my freezer without getting in the way.I also bought the recommended magic gel ice pack (pink trimmed) belt, which I can’t recommend for my issue. It was huge & bulky. I wasn able to target ice the L4/L5 vertebrae in my back in any way. If you need a general icing of your entire lower back, the magic gel may be a better fit. The nagic gel belt also filled up my freezer & took up alot of real estate.I’m not getting any funds, donations, or products for this review & I’m not a professional reviewer… Just a hard working Dad of 3.

Uso las bolsas para el dolor menstrual y me ayudan mucho. Se calientan rápido en el microondas y tienen una capa suave alrededor por lo que se pueden poner incluso en contacto con la piel si toleras el calor. Mi pareja las usó para dolor muscular y también le alivió el dolor.

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

This is the most comfortable ice pack I’ve ever used. I bought it for my foot and it works very well. I have to wrap it around a few times but once I get it on, it doesn’t move. I measured it around my waist only because of some of the reviews saying that it’s too small and for me it fit with LOTS of room to spare. My waist is 32″ and there was probably an extra 18″ more than I needed.

Ich habe mir dieses Set mit zwei Kühl-/Wärmepads gekauft, weil ich mir den Fuß verletzt hatte und die herkömmlichen Kühlpads einfach nie richtig gehalten haben. Man konnte sie zwar drauflegen, aber sie sind ständig verrutscht – gerade wenn man mal nicht still sitzen will oder kann.Hier ist das anders: Dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss lässt sich das Pad ganz einfach am Fuß, Bein oder an anderen Körperstellen fixieren. Das sitzt deutlich besser und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre, dass man den Klettverschluss noch etwas strammer einstellen könnte – ab und zu sitzt es nicht ganz so fest, wie ich es gern hätte. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Die Pads selbst lassen sich sowohl kühlen als auch erwärmen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung – ob bei Verletzungen, Verspannungen oder nach dem Sport: vielseitig, bequem und wirklich durchdacht.
