Great product!
Since I was very young, my hemoglobin levels have been at the lower limit, which has led me to take iron supplements to keep them at a decent level. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a blood test before starting this product to have a before-and-after comparison, but I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now and I can definitely notice the difference. My cheeks have color, I don’t feel fatigued, and I no longer have that cucumber-colored tan LolI haven’t had any problems with constipation, but I must say that I usually pay attention to my fiber intake, so I don’t know how I would feel if I ate differently.I take it on an empty stomach; I prepare a cup of warm water with the juice of half a lemon and drink it along with vitamin C. The first time I felt a little nauseous, so now after taking it, I make about three scrambled eggs with a pinch of salt and eat them along with the iron supplement. Remember that iron is a diva that doesn’t tolerate just any companion so there are only a few things it tolerates being taken with, and one of them is vitamin C and protein.

This iron is so much easier on the stomach. I’m so glad I found it. It also brought my getting level up from a 15 to 40 in a matter of 3 months and I’m still working to bring it up more. Will keep buying

I love this supplement. It is not make my stomach upset like regular iron supplements do very easy on the stomach

This is high dose. It is only safe to use if you are severely anemic/as instructed by a doctor.
It’s okay. I still experience the stomach upset and nausea. I also can’t be outside for more than 5 minutes or so without feeling faint.

Quality vitamins
I have an iron deficiency and I’ve definitely noticed a difference since taking these vitamins. I’ve had a positive improvement with my hair growth and my nails. Before taking these vitamins I was loosing alot of hair in the shower and now I see less falling out. I take these vitamins daily.

Stomach Still Upset!
I switched to this supplement since SlowFe made me nauseous and had diarrhea all day within hours of taking. This made me nauseous within a half hour and an hour later really bad diarrhea. Such a shame I had such hopes for this one. Not sure what to do since I’m critically anemic.
