Good opening gate for a staircase
We bought this for our new puppy. It works very well. Great value for the money for sure. Once it is locked in place, it is very sturdy and the stability is very good as it does not move. The look is very nice and matches our home wonderfully. We have this on the bottom of the stairs and it keeps our puppy safe from coming upstairs. Opening the door is very easy to do and closes very smooth. I do like the little butterfly wings on the bottom to keep the gate from swinging too past the center bar.

Sturdy, Easy to Install, and Truly Reliable
The keny 29”-42.5” Baby Gate has worked perfectly for our home. Installation was straightforward and the adjustable width made it easy to get a secure fit in our staircase area. The gate feels solid once in place and does not wobble or shift even with daily use.The auto close feature is a big help because it shuts securely every time without me having to double-check. The latch is simple for adults to open but safe enough that little ones cannot get through. Great gate.

It’s giving but could be slightly better.
The gate works fine the entry is a bit narrow and not for heavier set ppl. It’s easy to assemble for the most part. It should come with extra wall cup adhesive. The gate lock alone isn’t enough to keep my toddler from pulling on it but with the extra bottom lock it’s sturdy. It’s going the job for now.

Sturdy, easy to assemble, fits perfectly in my bathroom door. Great price for a quality gate, it looks sleek and aesthetic too. The gate is easy to open & close. I’m very happy with it. The door still opens and closes with the gate in place and the bars are just narrow enough that my bunny can’t sneak through! Highly recommend!

Excellent Product for keeping Puppies isolated!
We recently brought two cute little sheltie puppies. We needed a way to keep them cornered in our Utility room and selected this product. Installation took about 30 minutes from start to finish including unboxing. It comes with two methods to complete the installation. The first is with screwed in cups, while the second just involves applying self stick round wall patches. We chose the self stick method assembled the gate using one of the additional sections in a finished door jam. Installation requires a tape measure, level and if using screw cups a drill and screw driver. Sheltie Puppies are small between 3 and 10lbs and the self stick installation works great. Anyone using this for larger dogs or small kids will want to use the screwed in cups for additional stability. In terms of installation, it was a matter of deciding how far off the floor and using a level while adjusting the four corners for a snug fit. Note. Do not over tighten as the gate will either not open, or the self closing feature will not work correctly. If this happens to you, loosen one side to open the latch gap. We think this is a high quality product that can accommodate different sized openings with ease. Our only gripe is that we wish the adjustment cups were made of a stronger material than the cheap plastic, but maybe that was by design to keep people from making this too tight. Last the adjustment cups come with a little pry tool that slips into slots on the outside of the cups. I did NOT use this tool as I found it was fairly easy and much faster to simply make the adjustments by hand.For those weaker hands it might be necessary. That said it is very thin plastic and I’d worry about the possibility of breaking the round adjustment cups while applying too much torque. In spite of my reservations on the quality of the adjustment cups this gate is well made otherwise with powder coated while rales, a very nice latch and safty catch with enough spring to close the gate automatically behind you. Since installation it has worked perfectly and we feel it is a good value for the price point.
