Really nice for what I needed. Not like heavy, hot back brace. But not a flimsy light weight waste. It’s a nice comfortable middle of road support. Has held up well.

The first few days I wore this product I thought it was good and reliable until I felt a poking on my back and becoming uncomfortable. The plastic brace wasnt securedly sewed or attached to the fabric. Poor quality.
