Get past the taste, it’s a great option!
I was looking for a healthy/organic prenatal vitamin, and one that has folate rather than the man made version, folic acid. I won’t lie, the taste is bad. I add my table spoon into a little bit of water (to help with the texture) and mix it up so it’s easier to take. I plug my nose and drink the vitamin mixture. I feel great. No stomach issues or any other issues really. I ended up subscribing to the recurring shipment of this product to save a little bit of money since I’ve found it to be effective!

A great multivitamin
I like how much folate is in this vs the pills I was taking. This is a cleaner version of a multivitamin and has what you need. It doesn’t have iron as that’s optional and shouldn’t be taken with other vitamins but I just take one iron pill a few hours after. The taste is okay and it is thick but I’ve had gross stuff in my life lol. I do recommend it if you can tolerate the thickness and taste! I’ll be taking this for a while!

Horrible taste
This taste so bad it. Tried it one time and vomited immediately and I’m not a person with a weak stomach. I have tried Mary Ruth’s prenatal in other flavors and it was fine but this is just awful. I was nauseous the rest of the day. I barely ever write reviews but I hope I can save someone else.

Baby-Making Juice. Tastes Great.
Forget what you heard in HS health class. THIS is actually where babies come from. I took this for 4 weeks and got pregnant after 9 months of trying. Tastes great, just need to shake it. I would literally snack on it throughout the day. No iron, so no headaches or constipation like the other prenatals. Just got my first HcG back and I’m at 2568 for 4wks 6 days. Even with my 2 successful pregnancies, my number was never that high at 5 weeks.No upset stomach. No nausea. No constipation. Just a yummy, texturally pleasing syrup that helped find a new tenant for my uterus. Here’s hoping it motivates the tenant to complete its lease. 😉

Really thick, but worth it!
I really enjoy that I do not have to take a pill as they make me nauseous. However, the thickness of this liquid is a little off putting. If you’ve had other Mary Ruth vitamins, it’s thicker than those. The actual flavor is ok but just be aware of the thickness. I’m still gonna take em as I’d prefer these over a pill any day!

Just get it!
Originally ordered to help with pregnancy symptoms, but After 1 month of taking, my baby started tracking a week ahead of schedule in growth! Taste terrible (orange vanilla) so I have to chase it with some juice, but it’s making baby strong and healthy so I’ll give 5 stars and wouldn’t change back to the other pill brands

I don’t know how it feel about it
First of horrible taste, I was so exited to get this product because everyone on tiktok recommended and they all said “it taste so good, you can put it in your drinks” I’ll be honest I try putting it in smoothies and regular juice and it made it taste even worse. I’m only on day 4 so I haven’t notice any difference in the effectiveness but trust and believe I will finish this bottle it was too pricey to throw it away. This is how I take it if you need ideas, ps I am very sensitive and everything I don’t like makes me gag dramaticallyMy method on taking it:With a medicine syringe drawn the amount, pinch your nose and put it as far in your throat as you can than take it. DO NOT let go of your nose until your have swallowed it completely but do it fast you I don’t want you passing out lol(Tip: have a strong flavor drink on hand)
