I’ve had multiple pregnancies and wish I had bought these sooner! Helps a ton with swelling and pain from varicose veins in the perineal area. Perfect size, soft, bendable.

i used these after i had my daughter and i was out of the disposable instant ice packs and it worked okay it got the job done my only complaint is it didn’t stay cold long when being used! but it got me by until i could get more of the instant ones !!

love these. they’re easy to use and actually smaller than expected (good thing) which makes them a lot easier to comfortably use. i love that the gel pack is microwave safe and the covers are washable. flexible and seems durable.

I have no idea how this has so many good reviews :(I was so disappointed at how fast it gets warm. I got them for my chronic pain and have def used better. Honestly gets warm 2-3x quicker than my other ice packs – it feels like maybe I only get like 10 good minutes out of it if that. I’ve had the same experience with any ice pack with these beads inside so maybe it’s just the type. Hopefully it will at least not crack or break for a long time as these tend to do.I’m keeping mine for backups but ordered more of these with a freezable liquid gel that work much better. They might be good if you have mild pain but if you just had a baby or have severe perineal pain I’d opt for something else.They are soft and flexible which is something.

I purchased theses cooling pads for an upcoming prolapse surgery, and was disappointed.These pads freeze up quick enough that I could ice every few hours. Perfect size!

C section must have
I’m post partum c section and my scar has a radiating burning pain and i really didn’t want to live on pain meds so i have been using these and they really help and give me some relief. I will definitely be using these more when i decide to have a second baby. They are also so small that don’t take up freezer space and stay cold for an hour they are not hard which is nice. I also use them for post partum ankle swelling

I used these postpartum ice packs for recovery after a breast lift, and they worked well for managing early swelling and discomfort. They stay cold for a reasonable amount of time, and the gentle fabric covering keeps them from feeling too harsh on the skin. For my use, the fabric reduced direct contact a bit more than necessary, but the tradeoff was added comfort.They’re easy to position, easy to clean, and effective for targeted cooling. I would recommend them for anyone needing a soft, non-abrasive cold pack during recovery.
