Great for waist training- really sucks everything in without being annoying and cumbersome!
I am a petite person but for some reason I have always carried a lot of weight in my stomach area. I’m 5’4, 120 pounds but my stomach always looks like I’m pregnant for some reason. I have tried to do crunches and sit-ups but nothing really works. I’ve looked into waist training and have tried it before, but never really kept up with it. It actually does work if you keep up with it and do it regularly. A lot of women use cumbersome corsets and other things to keep everything sucked in, but that is too much of a hassle for me. I want something I can easily put on and go about my day cleaning and getting my work done. When I saw this, I knew it would be perfect.I received this belly band in a size Medium and I love it. It fits really well. It’s very adjustable to a lot of different sizes because you’re basically just wrapping the band around you and then the velcro sticks to it. So you can make it as tight or as loose as you want, up to a point. I like to suck in my stomach and then wrap it around me tightly and secure it in place and then breathe out. This keeps everything sucked in. Over time by doing this regularly it should start to make permanent changes. I’ve seen results online from other people and it is amazing. I personally would never use anything as extreme or uncomfortable as a corset, but this is a good compromise for me. It’s quick and easy and I can use it while I’m at home without giving it much thought. I will keep using it over the next several months and will update on my results.Right off the bat I can say that this is a high quality band. The thing I love the most is how strong it holds everything together. Once you velcro it in place it does not budge. If it starts to feel looser throughout the day (maybe from sweating or the fabric itself stretching or expanding a little bit), you can always unwrap it and tighten it up again. This is a great compression band that is perfect for anyone wanting support in their midsection and to hold everything in. 5 stars!

Good as a spare but won’t replace rX post-surgery compression
I got this belly band in XL grey. The waist measurements in the size chart looked a bit large but I am short-waisted so I knew it would have to fit over the top of my hips. It’s sort of a mesh fabric which I think will make it more comfortable and breathable in warm weather. The hook-and-loop (aka velcro) seems to be strong and good quality, and I like the two adjustment straps, though a simple illustration of how to angle them to get more back or more abdominal support would have been nice. My back did feel more stable and supported with it, but after a c-section it does not come nearly low enough in the front to be helpful.I tried to wear it next to my skin but it was kind of itchy, but didn’t like the feel against the inside of my arms when I wore it over a tank top like in the photos. I’d recommend wearing it over a tank and under a tee to avoid those issues.Overall, it’s not a bad belly band but it’s not going to take the place of the one my doctor recommended after my c-section but it also isn’t $$$ so definitely a good spare for wash day.

A very comfortable belly band for post partum care
This is probably the fifth or sixth compression band I’ve used in the last six months, and surprisingly, it’s the best of the bunch so far!A couple of months after my delivery this spring, my back started acting up again and my sciatica got worse. I’ve tried so many bands – some offered almost no support, some had good support but felt uncomfortable after a short time, and a few were so stiff I couldn’t wear them for long at all.When I first took this one out of the package, I honestly thought it looked a bit shorter than others I’ve tried. The listing says 9.5 inches, and it is indeed 9.5 inches tall (you can see this in my pictures). But that height ended up being perfect for me. I’m 5’3″, and it sits comfortably without digging in.Here’s what I loved:- It offers really good support without feeling restrictive.- It’s comfortable enough that I’ve even taken a nap while wearing it.- The day I wore it for almost the whole day, I noticed I was able to do more physical activity, simply because my core felt supported and my back felt a little better.Overall, it has been a great postpartum band for me.A small thing to note:The material is fully synthetic, so in hotter weather it might feel warm for some people and it may not absorb sweat. I’m using it in November, and so far I’ve had no issues with sweating or discomfort.Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a postpartum tummy band. It has been the most comfortable and supportive one I’ve tried during my recovery journey 🙂

Support After C-Section
I wore this after my second C-section and it made a big difference. It gave me solid support without feeling stiff or uncomfortable, which really helped when I had to be up and moving with my other kids. Easy to adjust and just felt supportive where I needed it. I am 220 lbs postpartum and it fits great

Affordable option
Nice support with a full range for adjustment as the piece is full felt material. Size seems to run small, so I would suggest going up.Nice price though and comfortable support. Used with a lumbar injury and it helped provide relief and improved posture through the day.

Wide band, works great
I have really appreciated the comfort and support of this belly band. It works great for my needs. I’ve had 4 c-sections and 2 other abdominal surgeries, as well as have a belly button hernia, so I can use all the support I can get. This one is wide enough to cover my entire stomach, which is much better than any others I’ve tried. The velcro has a very strong hold. The material is soft and comfortable, yet very durable. The out belts can be cinched down for a better and tighter fit. It helps my hernia pain as well as my hip and back pain from a childhood accident. This is a great product and a great value.
