The Perfect Travel Bidet
I have used this on 4 trips, totaling 28 days of travel and I can’t imagine not traveling with this portable bidet again.After reading reviews and being a little on the fence I went with a cheap $10 option on Amazon, but when it arrived it was far too big for my liking and was far from the travel sized bidet I was looking for. So I returned it and bit the bullet and ordered this one from Tushy.I was immediately pleased to see that when collapsed it is truly small, taking up very little space in my suitcase (and I am a minimalist traveler who most always uses a carry-on luggage). I like the carrying case it comes with. When expanded it holds a good amount of water, enough for several days of use. There is a clear ring around the top that prevents water from leaking. It has to be screwed tight too to prevent leakage. Even then, sometimes the water gets on the outside but I don’t mind because it’s just clean tap water.When my trip is over and it’s time to pack it up I clean it inside and out with liquid soap, dry it, and pack it away.Overall, I highly recommend this travel bidet. It’s compact, effective at making me feel clean and fresh, and easy to maintain.

I had a problem and Tushy fixed it right away
EDITED: after my negative review i contacted Tushy and they got back to me the early the same day. The customer service woman, Leonor, was patient and more than helpful. It turned out someone had neglected to include the instructions for how to correctly assemble. After sending me a diagram of parts and a video on how to assemble it was easy to fix. Now the Tushy works perfectly.PREVIOUS REVIEW: I was really looking forward to what looked like a great product. Was pleased that the teal one was made of a more environmentally conscious product than plastic. I used it successfully about 5 to 9 times. The only problem I had was the metal clip thing was in the way and I wished they had placed it where it didn’t get in the way when using.But this morning while using THE LID CAME OFF AND LANDED IN TOILET AS SOON AS I SQUEEZED! I had read all the info on it and watched the video before using and nothing prepared me for such a disgusting experience as reaching into a poopy toilet to retrieve the lid. But I REALLY hoped I had done something wrong so meticulously cleaned the tushy and my hands and tried again. I checked to make sure the lid was securely attached this time. i barely squeezed when lid flew into the toilet AGAIN! One last time I cleaned it and my hands just to be positive I had done everything correctly and is a defective product. But this time i didn’t need to clean my behind. I just wanted to be sure the product’s lid and rim were absolutely dry when attached in case it had been wet and that was why it came off. Not wanting to retrieve it from the toilet again I took it outside. The lid went flying again and also I noticed it LEAKED where bottle and lid were attached. Obviously I want my money back.I really hope whatever was wrong with tushy I received never happens to anyone else. I want this company to succeed but cannot trust their product again. I have used another brand portable bidet for about 14 years and this never happened. The old one I wished to replace has a screw on lid, Tushy might consider redesigning with a screw on lid.Before purchasing I read carefully about the other portable bidets and Tushy WAS my first choice hands down. I’m still upset.I can only hope those reading this review will get a good laugh. My husband laughed hard when I my review to him. Before we both really laughed when I had read the warning “Do not use as a water bottle.” I am pretty sure with time I will look upon this experience as funny. Wish I were a stand up comedian, I would share this.

Useless product – leaks and weak spray
Completely useless. The product is poorly designed and should never have gotten past quality control. It does not take much pressure for it to start leaking. Apply a little more pressure and the entire top will separate and fall in the toilet bowl. The water spray it produces is weak compared to other portable bidets.Don’t waste your money on this.

So close but no sadly (and it leaks)
I wanted to love this. It seemed perfect. As compact as possible while opening up to hold more water when needed. I ordered 2 portable bidets at the same time, this one and an electric one. I went on vacation and I was so sure this was going to be the one I left the other one home. Sadly….. its not. First of all it leaks. Not all the time, and only a little leak here and there, but thats not ok. Second there is a plastic ring that can easily fall out between the cap and the rest of the device. Finally, and maybe this is just me, but I really struggled to get it just right. Sometimes I got good pressure, sometimes I didnt, and I always seemed to be pointing it the wrong way. Maybe with practice? EIther way, mine leaks and I’m going to return it as defective. If Tushy makes a new improved version I might go for it. This one however is a pass.

Great, but could be more durable
This is the best travel bidet I have used. It is compact and can create a good bit of pressure. I have previously tried battery powered portable bidets, and they are too big and not powerful enough.Unfortunately, mine broke about 7 months after purchasing. It doesn’t surprise me it would break down over time, but I would have expected it to last longer given the price. I accidentally put the water on hotter than I realized, so maybe be careful using too warm of water to increase longevity. I’ll be purchasing another because I rely on it so much with travel.

Very handy!! I only got to know about this product recently and I terribly needed it to ease hammeoroids. It is easy to use and works like it should. It is a great travel handy idea!

Healthy tush, happy tush.
I haven’t tried any other travel bidet’s, butt this is a great start. If you’ve never used a bidet and don’t know what to expect or look (feel) for then you may have issues. There is a “power” level to ensure a good clean, and you have to know what to expect and how to adjust in order to find that cleaning power. Otherwise you’re just sprinkling your tush with water and that’s where you’ll find the poor star reviews.I haven’t experienced any leaks, and I really squeeze this thing. There is overspray though, so expect some clean up.If you’re looking for a bidet butt can’t commit to an actual bidet, I recommend this travel bidet. I just purchased another one for at work.

Really good little item! I’ve tried so many others and finally have hit on THE one (for me anyway!). It compacts down well and when expanded the “folds” help to grip it better and also helps with the squeezing to get the water out. There is no leaking from the cap – as with most of the others I have tried – and I love the colour option.It is not only great for travel because of the compact size, it is a great for home use – I love it so much I am getting one for each of my bathrooms. Don’t hesitate to get one of these – just saying

The Tushy item is very good except I must report that ours has developed a leak and we only bought it in January of this year. This is not good. I would like to return it and have it replaced but I am informed I cannot because it’s outside the period for return which I assume is 3 months. I cannot thus recommend this item to anyone, alas.

Great for travel away from home. I used this on an extended marine voyage, and I was very thankful for it. I found that it took several fills to get clean, so it might not be suited for use in stalls where a sink to fill it wouldn’t be readily available, but either way, I’m glad that I purchased it. I would definitely buy again.The Yellow color is more Orange than I expected, but no big deal.
