I bought these at Target for half the price of Pampers Swaddlers (what the hospital gave us for our now 2 week old daughter). Know that the Up & Up diapers are MUCH bulkier on little babies than Pampers- creating a lot of bulk between her little legs (see photo). They also don’t seem to absorb well, instead, just pooling the waste in the bottom (and sometimes waistband— nooo) of the diaper. With so much extra bulkiness, i had anticipated more absorbtion. Lastly, Pampers streamlined fit seems like it will fit larger newborns longer, as there’s less unnecessary fluff taking up room for the waist tabs to adhere. Up & Up falls majorly short on newborn diapers— you get what you pay for!
UPDATE (same day): Removed a star because we had back to back blowouts on our 2 week old (not much poop and not very active) after never having one blowout with Pampers. In addition to the poor leak control, the wetness indicator strips don’t seem to function well, if at all. Will be returning these diapers to Target today, as at least Target allows returns on all their brands, used or unused.

These are just the diapers we needed. Would recommend.
Review does not come down nor can be bought under $40million –
Once was great now horrible!
Why? They changed them made them weaker! The saying don’t change something when it works! Well this was one of them. Beyond very dumb!

They were o. k. Not as absorbent as …
They were o.k. Not as absorbent as more expensive brands, but worth it.

Babe may need to gain weight
Not sure if my babe was big enough but she was definitely in the weight range but the new born diapers seemed too large for her. They didnt seem to be tight enough around her legs and no matter how tight we made the waist it still seemed to fall off her bum. We will have to wait to see if she fits in a few weeks, we would hate to waste a pack of diapers.
