Great price, great product
I have two older dogs and after moving into my new apartment with half carpet, I needed something to block them off. This works wonders and looks really nice when it’s closed.I’ve had it since Sept so about four months, I use it everyday and I’ve never had a problem with it. Of course you want to close it with ease, I’m sure letting it close on its own would break it much faster, so don’t do that lol

We have been slowly adding gates to various parts of our home to keep both our family dog and small children safe. We wanted something wide enough to close off the garage door for the dog, but be able to keep the door open while we are hanging out in it. The idea of using a garage door cover didn’t seem good since our dog would just tear it down if something outside caught her attention. This gate doesn’t require us to store away anything and is just there when we want to quickly grab it and close off the area. I like that I can open and close this gate with one hand. Installation was pretty straightforward and didn’t take more than 30 minutes to complete. Our installation was done on the wooden opening of our garage. This gate is not meant to be installed on drywall. I love how tall this gate is. 42″ is tall enough to keep our very active and hyper husky contained without jumping over or slipping under. One of the only downfalls is that this gate is so long that rolling the gate back into place when you’re done using it can be challenging. The material itself can be kind of cumbersome, but going slowly can help the process.

Worked great for my 14′ garage door.
I bought this to keep my dog from sneaking out of my RV garage. I had to do some woodworking to mount it, but it’s sturdy enough that the dog doesn’t crawl under it. If you have a larger dog, there is a possibility that it could jump over. For smaller dogs, it’s perfect.

Purchased in April, broken beyond repair in October. Purchased this to keep grandkids and furbabies away from the pool. It is used daily. It was exactly what we needed and worked great…until it didn’t. The lock mechanism simply fell out of the gate handle, along with a spring. We were able to get it back into the gate, but then it broke again. The return window closed in July, and there is no way to contact the seller, that I am able to find. This is the second gate we purchased – the other was from another company – that broke, these gates are certainly not inexpensive, and I am dumbfounded they do not last even a year!! I would not recommend this gate
