Definitely worth it!!
Easy to use, not Bluetooth but can be paired to a phone if preferred. I love how easy, clear, and the overall quality of the monitor. I can watch both babies with ease and have a wide enough lens I can see the entire room!! Definitely worth the purchase!

Perfect Dual Camera Solution
I upgraded from my single cam VTECH setup to this dual cam one when I had my second baby. I love that I can use either the handheld monitor or my phone, and switch between direct connection or WiFi as desired. Picture quality is great, settings for the app and the handheld are great. Setup is really straightforward.The only hiccup I’ve ever come across is just needing to power cycle the cameras sometimes as they’ll disconnect via WiFi sometimes.Photos reflect picture quality seen in-app. Camera is roughly 3ft above the top of the crib and bassinet, mounted to the wall.

DO NOT BUY. This does not work well and came with a lot of issues. especially when you need it most.I purchased this in October 2024 to replace my old vtech single camera since baby #2 was due Soon. I set it up in December for my toddler. Set up was easy but by March 2025. Only 3 months of use you already had a host of issues before my second baby was born!!!!!Poor connectivity. Very soft sound even at the highest sensitivity and volume compare to the previous vtech camera I had. The night mode is glitching so it toggles between night mode and day mode make a lot of clicking noises keeping me and my toddler awake as can be heard from the camera itself. I have to turn off night mode for it to be quiet however I cannot see my child. I tried unplugging the camera but a few weeks later the issue returns.Now we are in May and the charger has completely stopped working/charging the monitor screen. Not to mention the battery life is very short when not plugged in. I have to use another charger to use it but it is not holding the charge as before. Now the icing on the cake is the antenna broken. All this after only 4 months of use!!!!!!! It’s driving me crazy. DO NOT BUY. POOR PRODUCT. My first tech single camera was much better and clearer where I can see baby breathing. This one is far less superior and has too many issues. If I was living in the US I would have retur ed this lonnggg time ago.After baby was born set up second camera. More connection issues and short battery life.I repeat. Do not buy. I will be trying another brand next purchase.

Great product, other than the battery that dumps after 15 months of use.
It’s a pretty good camera. Sometimes there are connection issues that are usually resolved by unplugging cameras and restarting the base unit. This is my second vtech monitor system (I’m on my second kid too), and just like the first one, the battery on the base unit has gone to less than a quarter of its original capacity in 15 months of operation. That is “conveniently” just three months more than what the warranty will cover, which is just one year. I love that is has the ability to watch/listen through the base station as well as connect through our smart phones so I think the system is totally worth it. It’s just kind of unfortunate that vtech continues to make these products with bad batteries going on four years now.

Amazing budget video monitor!
This is an amazing budget video monitor! My regular monitor is the Eufy, which I love, but I needed a travel monitor for when we go on vacation. At $50, this was the perfect price. And even though the Eufy cost 3x more, this monitor has some better features! I highly recommend this one.Pros:You can leave the sound on, and turn the screen off! By pressing any button, the screen comes back to life. This is how I have it set for overnight.The parent unit plugs in with a round plug/cable (not a USB, which requires flipping it the right way).The parent unit is a great size and very tough. You don’t feel like you need to baby it. It has a little kick stand that is very sturdy!I don’t use it, but it does have a VOX feature.I don’t use it, but it does have a two-baby units feature.Cons:The “dim” setting is very bright.The quietest/lowest sound setting is very loud.The picture quality is decent, but not amazing.

Issues with video quality at night
After having this monitor system for a year im starting to look at buying a new one. It has a great camera for daytime view but nighttime is grainy and has a limited range of motion so that I can’t see the whole room. The speaker function is awful, half the time my daughter can’t understand what im saying and it functions like a walkie talkie (which may be normal im not sure) so if im talking and she says something i cant hear her. We basically only use the app on our phones and the saved videos are terrible it only saves maybe 5-10 seconds after movement but it takes FOREVER to load updated videos. For example, today is January 14th and everytime I tried to look at the saved videos from today to see when I put my daughter down for her nap it continues to show me videos from January 1st which cant even be accessed because they are too old. I closed the app multiple times before it finally loaded the new videos and it’s the same on my husband’s phone. I wanted to like this monitor so much because it was great it came with a physical monitor for when we have a babysitter but the quality just isn’t there.

Everything works well for a week, then 1 of the camera just stopped working.Unable to reset or pair the camera.To pair the camera, have to hold the pair button till there’s beeping sound, but it doesn’t work. So now I hv 1 camera as a dead paperweight.
