Comfortable and Supportive for Recovery
These compression shorts are exactly what I needed after my surgery. The high-waist design provides excellent coverage and support for my abdomen and thighs. The material is breathable and comfortable for all-day wear, and the compression feels firm but not restrictive. I’ve noticed reduced swelling and better circulation since using them highly recommend for anyone recovering or managing varicose veins.

These compression shorts are good quality and the seams look straight and strong. The size is true to size, however, you can go a size up if you prefer a lighter compression. The material is a good thickness and washes well. The shorts have a strong compression but stretchy enough to put on with not too much difficulty. There is some rolling at the waist and they shorts need to be adjusted while wearing. Price fairly at $30.

Good Material, but Fit Was Off—Sizing Choice Matters
When choosing the size, I was unsure whether to go by waist size or thigh size. I decided to go with the waist measurement because I didn’t want it to feel too tight in my waist. Unfortunately, the fit ended up being a bit odd for me. While it fit well at the waist, it was loose everywhere else, especially around the thigh and split area, where the cut felt awkward. The overall look was somewhat bulky rather than streamlined. The material itself seems to be good quality, and because the fit was loose, I did not experience any rolling up during wear. I also didn’t feel much compression for the same reason. In hindsight, I likely would have gotten a better fit and performance if I had chosen the size based on thigh measurement instead.

Before wearing, I washed these on cool/delicate and hung to dry. They looked and felt new.I ordered an appropriate size to the size chart, and they fit me. They are, of course, tight as that’s their function. At the edges, they did cut into my waist a bit, but were fine at the thigh. I could have used just a little more height in the body part to hike them up far enough that they didn’t want to cut in or roll. But I have a long torso and a bit of a belly, so your mileage my vary.If you have a lower belly incision, these’ll probably be fine. But if you’re planning to do abdominal surgery and have the time, I’d strongly urge you to order before the surgery and make sure whatever you get falls in a way that it won’t irritate your incision location.

Decent compression, bulky seams and pretty comfortable

The material is a bit on the thick side, a little course but not scratchy and there’s a decent amount of stretch to them. The seams are a little bulky, but the stitching looks fine. Aside from the bulkiness of the seams, they are otherwise comfortable. The compression is good at the thighs with a bit less as it goes upwards to the abdomen. While the waistband is snug, it is not overly so, and I’ve had no issues with any rolling.

long garment with some strange fit in the crotch panel for me, compression is noticeable
These shorts were very high waisted and went well above my navel. The legs were a bit tight, just pulling up, so I recommend following the size chart in that respect. I am always underwhelmed by compression and sometimes lean towards sizing down. Others reported the legs being really long, so perhaps this is what I was experiencing, but I kept trying to pull up the legs without a lot of success. They would not get wider even with yanking and pulling. I tried to be careful not to rip the material with my fingers. In general these are pretty comfortable and have noticeable compression, but there is a very large crotch piece of these pants that are sewn separate from the other panels of the shorts so that the fabric does not have the same directional stretch and compression there. I would venture to say maybe the crotch panel has almost no compression so any generous areas like the butt and thigh flesh spills into that eased area just due to the pressures and design of the shorts. At the very least the crotch and butt area is a little unbecoming due to this bunching. At worst it is a little uncomfortable there. I was able to use these and I like the compression in the legs. I have generous thighs so the back crotch is unnecessarily uncomfortable for me but I can still use the pants. I would probably research some shorts made for women or ones without the crotch insert if I were looking to order a pair of these again.

The cut is terrible and makes it uncomfortable. The material has good stretch but there is no compression at the waist or lower back.
