Soft Support, Not a Jolt (And That’s the Point)
I’ve been using ANYA Postpartum Energy Drops about every other day for a solid month, and I’m down to my last few servings. Overall, this is a product I mostly enjoy and respect — especially because ingredient quality really matters to me when it comes to anything I consume. One of the biggest positives is that this brand appears to be very intentional about clean, thoughtful ingredients, which makes me feel more comfortable trying their products. The formula includes Vitamin B12, which supports energy production and nervous system function, and Chromium, which can help with blood sugar balance and metabolism. I appreciate that this is caffeine-free, non-GMO, and gluten-free — especially for postpartum women or anyone sensitive to stimulants. That said, the energy support here is gentle and gradual, not dramatic. I personally notice a slight lift in overall energy, but it’s subtle and easy to miss if you’re expecting a big boost. This is not something that will compensate for lack of sleep, poor nutrition, or inactivity — and I think it’s important to be realistic about that.Flavor-wise, the taste is light and pleasant, not overpowering or artificial. It’s mild but still enjoyable, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The dropper itself feels well-made and is easy to use, which I always appreciate with liquid supplements. One thing I’m on the fence about is the 15-serving bottle size. Many supplements come in a 30-day supply, so this does feel a bit short — however, I can see the benefit for first-time users since it’s a lower commitment. You can always order multiple bottles if you decide it works well for you.As for downsides, Chromium may not be ideal for everyone, especially those with blood sugar sensitivities or underlying conditions, so it’s something to be mindful of. And while the product does offer support, the effects are modest rather than transformative.Overall, this is a supportive, thoughtfully made supplement that works best as part of a broader wellness routine. I’m still deciding whether to reorder, but I am genuinely interested in learning more about this brand and exploring what else they offer.

    Nice mild flavor
I have a lot of stuff going on with me healthwise. I am not postpartum, but I do have fibromyalgia and low vitamin B levels. I’m always looking for something to boost my vitamin and energy levels , and to help out with my fibro pain. The supplement is made in the USA, made with simple ingredients, and has a nice mild flavor that makes it easy to add to my water to drink throughout the day. I’m hoping for a boost in my energy, but I haven’t been using it for very long. Haven’t noticed any negative issues. Will update after using it for a few weeks. Seems like a good value for the price point.

    Delicious Citrus Flavor
This review is for the ANYA postpartum Energy Drops. Lemon Flavor.Flavor was very tasty and I found it easy to mix these with water. There was no weird chemical flavor which can be a concern. Taste was sweet and not tart.Energy boost was moderate but the idea is a gentle boost and I felt these did that.I also felt the value was good as it seemed like I got more than the stated 15 servings.I didn’t have any concerns with the quality and the taste aligned with what was advertised.

    Lactation Drops Review
This product has a nice, citrus scent. I tasted only a small amount on the tip of my tongue since it’s not for use while pregnant (this was a preemptive acquisition for me as I’m still pregnant). The taste was nice. The ingredient list is clean and simple. I plan to mix with either seltzer water from our soda stream (maybe even mixing in complementary flavors) or just drink in cold filtered water. Will follow up with feedback on levels after birth.

Difficult to judge effect, even after a couple of weeks, strong flavor.
Pros:• Clean formula — Non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, and no caffeine, which is a big plus if you’re breastfeeding or sensitive to stimulants. The inclusion of B12 (provides the daily recommended amount) and chromium makes sense for energy support, especially since many women are depleted postpartum.• Subtle but helpful energy. However, I did not notice a lift in my energy levels after about a week of consistent use (one serving daily). It didn’t feel like a dramatic “wake-up” surge.• Packaging and value — The amber glass bottle feels premium, and at 15 servings per bottle, it’s a good trial size. The subscribe-and-save option (with the 20% coupon) makes it more affordable if it works for you.Cons/Things to note:• Taste and ease of use — The lemon flavor was very artificial and overpowering. It mixes easily into water (I add about a full dropper to a glass of cold water in the morning), and it leaves a weird aftertaste. The dropper bottle is convenient for quick dosing—no pills to swallow when you’re already juggling a baby. However, I found it much easier to consume straight out of dropper than mixing in water due to overpowering taste.• The effects are mild and supportive rather than transformative. If you’re expecting a strong energy kick like pre-workout supplements, this isn’t it—it’s more about helping your body utilize energy better from food and rest. Results seem to build over time, so patience is key.• At $25 for 15 servings (or ~$22.50 with subscription), it’s on the pricier side for a liquid supplement. Worth it if it fits your needs, but not a budget option.• Only 15 servings means you’ll need to reorder frequently if using daily

    Subtle dose
This is a review of the ANYA Postpartum – Energy Drops (2 fl oz, 15 Servings), Rich in Vitamin B12 and Chromium for Women, Caffeine-Free, Supports Healthy Energy Levels, Non-GMO, Gluten Free. This is a nice suble boost of energy. It has a citrus scent and it doesn’t taste too horrible. The ingredients are good, there was nothing alarming to me in the ingredients list. They aren’t like an energy drink where you get a jolt or boost of energy. These drops are really subtle and I honestly didn’t realize the Jumpstart they were giving me until I quit taking them.
