Great iron supplements. Has a sweet coating in case you don’t drink enough water. No stomach upset. Have been using for about 10 years.

Well tolerated, and the formulation is great.
The blister packs, which I am gathering are probably to preserve the nutrients better, are extremely irritating to open. I can see how this would be a detriment to senior citizens trying to take these daily. Otherwise, the product is excellent, and I am often inclined to trust German supplement companies, so that’s a plus.

I think this is a great iron supplement. The liquid is probably more bioavailable, but the pills are easier to take anywhere and they don’t stain your teeth either.
